First we should adopt some laws of Singapore like eliminating travel tax, visa requirements (no visa to Philippines) but we should be strict on implementing rule of law vs lawless elements.
Eliminate rules on Electronic Procurement system or Bidding. Both local and international firm can join government bidding. This system will eliminate corruption coz unless corruption not stop Philippines can’t move forward.
