Section 1. The President shall be the Head of the State and the Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Section 2. No person shall be elected as President unless he is natural-born citizen, a registered voter, able to read and write, at least fifty years of age on the day of election for President, a resident of the Philippines for at least ten years immediately, preceding such election.
Section 2. The President shall be elected by the citizens of the Philippines in accordance with any law made by the Parliament.
